How do I find the owner of a form?

So, I've been collaborating with a couple of interns that are converting a procedure manual into tons of forms. I'm creating a web app that is more so of a catalog of these forms, so I have to see every one of these puppies before I add it to my catalog to determine the proper location for the form. The actual problem here (I promise, I'm getting to it) is that one of these guys wasn't on our corporate account and therefore at the beginning of this project while he was hammering away and creating these things, the rest of us weren't able to see them in our interface. I've gone in and added him as a user to our account and shared out what he needed to have access to, and even showed him how to change the ownership of the forms, but it appears that we have a couple of stragglers somewhere in the JotWorld. It might seem silly, but I need to change the title for a couple of these stragglers because the title didn't match the form at all, and I can't see them in our account. I was wondering if there was a way to view the ownership on a given form, and get it changed to where our account is the owner of it.

Hopefully I'm not just blind and somehow missed them... There is a good possibility that we have others out there as well that I've yet to discover, so I want to thank you in advance for any assistance on this!

Nevermind- I think I may have figured out what was going on... I'm a dummy and was searching for the <title></title> html title instead of the actual form title. It's weird that you have to go through the settings on the form to make that change- seems like it would just share from the form title. Oh well, thanks anyway guys!
