I am unabel to integrate form in Facebook page.

I have created the form and tried to integrated in FB, but its show "An error occured" while i using the facebook popup after signin.

Please fix this.. I have business to run..

Help me fast.

I did clone your form and I was able to add it in Facebook Tab successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please try to add your form in Facebook Tab again and get back to us if the issue persists. Please ensure that you already have added a facebook page in your Facebook account.
