Not able to delte the 1st option in the radio button

Hi 

I have asked a question which has a descriptive answer 

So , I added "Add Other option where user can enter descriptive answer

However am not able to delete the 1st radio button ... and currently am being forced to put the Other option as 2nd radio button 

Desired output : only 1 radio button with Other descriptive answer text box 

I'm sorry but it is not possible to remove the first option in the radio button so that only the "Other option" will remain. The purpose of the radio button is to give the users an option. 

If you want the users to just input one answer to the question and with no option, please use a Short Text Entry instead.
