Encrypted Response

I am unable to read submission as the data is encrypted. I am not being asked for a prompt to use the secure key either so how do I read the information

When you first create an encrypted form you create a secure key and you keep it on your browser. That's why your form did not want your key again. But when you enter again, just like in guide, you can see your data when you upload your security key. 

You may also try incognito version of your browser, if exists.
