I downloaded a template and I would like to add a PayPal button to the form

Good Morning! 

the more I am learning about Jot form the more I seem to like it. However, I am having a little challenge.  I downloaded last night a template from your selection from the church category, and it was the Awana registration/ order form.  I made some changes to it to better suit our needs. One thing I am wanting to do is make it so the parents when they register their kids for the club can order and pay for their dues and their materials,  I have seen the paypal button but I don't seem to know how to connect it to the page.  Can some one please help me with this, so I can get this on our web page.

Regarding your issue, could you please provide us with the form ID or URL and what you would like to achieve with it, so we can assist you better?
