Smooth signature label alignment not working on PDF

My label is long, see form URL, so I aligned in to go on top, which looks great both on the actual form as well as when reviewing the submissions on the screen. However, when I generate a PDF of the submissions it looks awful, since the label shows up on the left, which makes it unclear what was actually signed, see screenshot. 

Why is the label alignment setting not working when generating a PDF and how do I fix this?
