Embedded forms are not correctly formatted on mobile

    Second attempt to have help to resolve my problem.

    My for Schedule Dental Vacation on my website: www.dentalvacation.club  page: CONTACT US. On my mac.

    does not respond on a mobile device. But respond on a computer.  Why ??????

    Try embedding your forms using their iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    This should allow for the forms to function the forms to be formatted properly on mobile.

    If that does not resolve the issue, let us know and we will take another look.
