After creating a form and doing a submission through preview, I am now unable to see the form in preview nor does the link work.

    Just background shows, which is blue.

    I checked the Page URL (http://www.jotform.us/form/72205799784168) that you have provided and I was not able to test it further because the form has been deleted.

    I did a test on my form. To replicate your issue, here's what I did:

    1. Create a form.
    2. I did a test submission in the Preview window.
    3. Go back to the Form Builder.

    My form looks the same and it is working fine on my end.
