After downgrading, the form usage we already paid for is still showing?

Asked by kungo on August 20, 2012 at 12:29 PM

We paid for a month ($9.95) of form usage. We downgraded for the time being, but the form usage we
already paid for is still showing as used. The form should have re-set back to free 100 uses.
    Please advise.

I'm not receiving an answer, so let me re-state this question.

We paid for the 84 submissions currently still showing as used, during our paid month of service already.

Why, then, when we downgraded (probably temporarily) do they still show as taking 84 uses of the free
    100?

This is not right. It should reset to 100 available uses. Otherwise, what did we pay for?

The usage limit get reset the first day of every month, regardless the type of subscription. We are sorry to hear you did not even pass 100 submissions (which is part of the free plan)  even on your paid period.

I have reset the submission counter to compensate this. But this can be done only once for the account's lifetime
