I've submitted a request to reset my password a few times. How long does it take for the emails to be received? I've check the spam folder and it's not there.

There is no account for the email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can you please provide your username or account email address?

i though that's the email I used to set up the account. This is the form I built before I logged out

1. Click on Forgot Password
2. Enter your credentials
