Some of my visitors have reported that when they click on the register now button, nothing happens.  I did it myself and found that it blocks a pop up and doesn't allow the payment screen to come up.  Why is it in the form of a pop up?

There shouldn't be a popup being generated when submitting the form.  Users should be redirected to the payment page in the same tab, not in a popup window.

As for the form not completing the submission, try replacing your plugin embedded form with your forms iFrame code:

Add the iFrame code as you would any other HTML/script.

If that still does not work, let us know and we will take another look.

It's still doing the same thing. When I disable my pop up blocker, it works.  When I try it from another browser, other than Chrome, it says there's been an error.

That would be a strange behavior. Have you tried making a test submission directly using the form (not embedded) and see if the problem happens likewise? Here's your form: https://www.jotform.us/form/72185494084160

    Thanks.
