Hi, thank you, I was able to finally get a response, only thing left to fix is that when I get the email I see the sender at jotform, can we change it to our main school email email@example.com?

There are two methods to set up a custom sender email address, the first one will be using some verification, this will mask the JotForm sender email with your address while the second method uses your mail server information, please check the guides below in order to get more information about each method:
