i need to get a managers approval on a form. I'd like that manager (once they get the emailed form) to be able to click a link in the email for the signature approval is this possible i been trying to work on this as you can see i have been testing this over 15 times and i have not been able to do it. is there a possible way that my mangers can get a link that they can approve it, and send it back to the accounting team.

Thank you for explaining your concern further, we appreciate it.
The guide, my manager has provided, explains how showing or hiding fields in the form when in edit mode is possible with the help of conditions. Part of making the process work, the Get Form Page URL widget is needed. The widget basically detects the current parent URL where the form is embedded or, in this case, the current form URL. You can create conditions in your form that is triggered based on the value of the Get Form Page URL widget.
If the value of the Get Form Page URL widget contains the word "edit" (that is when the form is loaded in edit mode), you can set conditions to:
Show/Hide fields

Update/Calculate fields

Change email recipients

This process requires resubmitting the form in edit mode to record the approval information or data.
Resubmitting the form that is in edit mode, will not create duplicate submission on the form's submission page.
If your concern is the email notification(s)/autoresponder(s) that will be sent when the form is submitted in edit mode, there is an option in Emails — Advanced tab to enable/disable "Send on Edit".
