I am trying to add additional fields to Constant Contact but am limited to address and a few more. Can I include other fields somehow?

It should allow you to add more fields when integrating your form with Constant Contact by clicking the Add New Field button. Please also make sure that you should map your form fields from your Constant Contact fields correctly. Could you please provide us the form you are referring to so that we can check?
