My autoresponder which provides me with the completed form isn't arriving at my email address

I've been using jot form for many years including this form which I'm having problems with.

Two of my forms are used for people to book into an activity afternoon.

I get a PayPal notification of payment

I used to get an email with a copy of the form details but I'm not getting this now so I've no idea when or what the booking is. I haven't changed anything so I'm confused.

I've checked that the autoresponders are still set up and the email that they go to is receiving non jot form emails.

    The two forms are

    https://form.jotformeu.com/21295325861354

The form info is not even stored on the 'view submissions' page i.e. it looks like the form was never filled in but it must have been as this is the only way I can get paid for these activities.

This is a critical time of the year for me as I do lots of activities during the school holidays.

    HEEELLLPPP please.

    Thanks

Considering that you received a Paypal payment and Notification and you are also unable to find submitted data on the submission page of your form, those submissions are most likely marked as the Incomplete Payments.

The first form you provided has 1 Incomplete Payment and the second form has 5 Incomplete Payments.

This can happen when Paypal IPN is disabled on your Paypal account. Inside of this guide, you can find how to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account:

Hope this helps to solve the issue.
