Signature didn't save in submissions to print

I am able to replicate the issue at my end. I see that the Signature field is not displaying in the submissions view. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update in this regard, we'll keep you posted here.

We're sorry the inconveniences. Signature field is fixed now. I've cloned your form and made a test submission, it seems everything working without ant issues.
