Is there a way to have a reminder sent from a submission?

When a form is submitted, is there any way I could be reminded after a certain timescale that an action needs to be carried out ? I.E contact customer after 7 days after submission to check progress, then again 21 days after submission to finalise process.

We do not have reminders, but form autoresponders can be configured to be emailed with a delay. To be able to receive an autoresponder to your own email, add a hidden email field with your email address as a default value.

Then, add the autoresponders with configured send emails later option and your recipient email field.
