I've installed a few forms lately and they dont seem to be delivering properly... is there something flukedy going on with the output?Page URL:

I believe that there is no problem with the delivery of the forms. However, you are probably not getting any e-mail notifications about them. You can view your form's submissions following the link below:
Also, your e-mail address might be in our bounce list and this might prevent you getting e-mail notification for your e-mail submissions. There might be several reasons that you are in the bounce list. For example, you might not have enough storage area or your mail server might not be available. Please see the following detailed user guide to remove your e-mail from the bounce list:

I have checked your email address against the bounce list and found that it's not in.
I then checked your email activity and found that all recent emails have been sent successfully:
