Paypal issue

Hi there, we have multiple jot forms on our website, one of them being https://paniawards.com/entry-form-17/ but when the user is going to pay they are getting the following error?

We’re sorry. We can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to merchant to choose another payment method.’

When I submitted your form I got redirected to Paypal checkout page. Based on the error message you provide it seems like that payment method that you are using is having problems. Are you using a credit card on Paypal checkout page? Please make sure that your card is active with enough balance or credit to fund the transaction.
