Goal: I'm a business that has a form with an electronic manual signature . Once a form is submitted by a visitor I want that form to be sent to me in PDF form via email?
Questions: How or can we automagically take a form submission, convert it to a PDF and send it in an email to the form owner?

In your email settings for your autoresponder, if you navigate to the advanced tab, you will see the option to attach a PDF copy of each submission:
Don't forget to scroll down and hit the green save button after enabling this setting.
