    Help Creating Advance Conditional Quiz

Asked by design126 on August 20, 2012 at 04:44 PM

I am trying to create a form that will accomllish the same thing as the test./quiz lcoated at this link:

    http://www.sleepworksinc.com/sleeptest.php

I basically am needing several questions, each with drop down box of 4 choices which are all numbers.  I then need those numbers from all the questions to be added up, and depending on that total score display a certian message after submission.  Is this possible with this service?  If not that's ok, but I love JotForm and would love to figure out a way to do it if at all possible.  Thanks ahead of time!!!

    Thank you for contacting us.

This is possible to use Conditional Logic on forms to perform certain actions, but unfortunately, our forms can not calculate different fields. In other words, you can not create a clone of mentioned quiz form via form builder.

However, it should be possible to get form source code, add some custom Javascript for calculations, and use conditions based on field with calculated Total. If you are interested in this option, let us know. We may try to help with coding.
