Fix a problem with auto response email to recipients

    The first picture says I am missing the field (which I believe would be the recipient's email once they fill out the form.  The second picture is me trying to fix it but it just gives the "please select" option with nothing to select.  Please advise recipients would like a confirmation email with their order.

    Are you referring to this form: I checked your form and I noticed that you do not have an email field or text box field on your form. The form only contains a Full Name field and Spinner field.

    The options on the Recipient Email drop-down in the Autoresponder settings are the Email, text box or drop-down fields that might contain the email of your user. 

    Please try to add an Email field on your form and set the field on your Autoresponder to fix the issue.
