Why are multiple submissions are disabled for this form?

    i have created a form https://form.jotform.me/72071158147454. I keep gettng the error.

    I have checked the settings and made sure that its on no check but i keep getting the same error!

    HELP!!

    I cloned your form and I found out that the "Unique Question" is set to "Type of Document". This option prevents duplicate submissions with the same answer.

    Please change it to "No Check" to disable it.
