Unable to access my account

    Hi, I have several forms that I use through jotform and I recieve them filled out by customers to my inbox regularly.  However, I can't remember my user name or password to login and change one of the forms and the system doesn't recognize my email address.

    Can you please help?  I regularly get submissions to this address sara@legendaryteri.com

    Sara, as far as i can see you are using JotForm as a guest. So you don't have a registered account. You just need to create a free account using the same email address you provided above and you forms will be automatically transferred to your new account.
