I was just approached by someone saying they were not forms and for me to renew and asked for my credit card info. Hoping this was indeed not forms.

If by someone you mean an email from FastSpring about your JotForm Premium Yearly payment failure, for which you seem to have sorted out and upgraded today, then yes, that is our payment processor.
If the above was not the case, then please provide us with more information on what happened so we can inspect and assist you further.
