My form has sensitive information. My form also needs to be acted on by sales people ASAP. Meaning, it would be ideal to send the form contents in the notification email as opposed to the admin needing to login and download each one every time.
When I do pdf-link the whole file automatically downloads. If an unauthorized person obtained access to the email account, the sensitive information would be free to download. Is there a way to encrypt/password protect the form in the notification email so we have speed, efficiency, and security?

We cannot encrypt data in submission email.
However, if you include the submission PDF link to the email and enable a 'Require log-in to see submissions.' option via account settings, the PDF download link will only work for users who can login to your JotForm account.
We also support encrypted forms, but they have their pros and cons.
