1&1 Website Builder: Form does not show on iPhone (mediumScreenDisabled)

    The form works well on computers and tablets; however, the form does not show on an iPhone. Is there a hidden setting to make it work on mobile phones?

    It seems that you used a 1&1 builder which hides embedded content on mobile websites. You can try to un-check the option called 'Only display optimized content on smartphones and tablets' via Settings > MyWebsite Mobile at 1&1.
