Can you integrate 2 jotforms into 1 form?

I have 2 seperate jotforms created but I have now realized they need to be 1 because our parents are doing one but not the other so therefore not capturing all the data we need.  They are lengthy forms so don't really want to copy/paste or reformat and type them all again.

I have checked your both JotForms and see that there are submissions received for both forms. Do you want to merge the form into one form? If so, you may copy the form fields to the other form by using the field manager app so that you can have all the fields on one form.
