How to setup Autoresponders

I have a group and i was wondering if there is a way for people to sign up to receive form notifications when a form is fill out when there conditions are meet for them or do i have to enter everyone?

Hey Matt, setup an Autoresponder to achieve this. Anyone who submits the form will get an email afterwards if they entered their email address.

Just add an EMAIL ADDRESS field to your form > set it as REQUIRED > then setup your AUTORESPONDER.

If you want to trigger the Autoresponder to be sent only if a condition has been met, you can do that too.

OK thanks it somewhat helps but was looking for a way that people could subscribe to what ever triggers that item.  like make a list of triggers and they check what they want to get.  also there is only a limited number of people that are gonna be filling this form out and submitting it.

I'm afraid what you're describing is leaning more towards an email marketing automation (similar to the services offered by Mailchimp and other email campaign solutions). Our focus is in creating forms and the NOTIFICATIONS and AUTORESPONDERS are the only emails that can be triggered on form submission.

You can only do this outside JotForm by using your own email marketing automation solution. From our end, what you can do is export all your submissions into an Excel File (either in CSV or XLS format), then use it when importing email addresses to your email automation software.
