I have tried to cancel this through paypal but have been unable to and you make it very hard to do on your website. There are no settings and you do not have any option to cancel the premium service. You also never send billing updates, invoices or notices. I have paid almost $300 for a service I only used one time in the spring of 2016. Could you please make this go away?
Please confirm that you will no longer charge me.

The subscription needs to be cancelled on the PayPal's end, here is a guide that will help cancelling your PayPal subscription: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
I have also checked your account and noticed you already requested the downgrade, your account will be set back to free on your next billing date 2017-08-16.
