A set value condition is not working for me

Hello,

I noticed that on your condition, it just states calculate value 0 into Total payment field. What happens here is that it tries to put up a calculation on the calculation widget. Since zero has no value and there is no operation to process, it does nothing.

To address this, since you wish the total amount to be zero for these promo codes, just set your condition to run a calculation by picking up the total payment and multiplying it by zero.
