Hi there!
For some reasons for a couple of my forms the email templates get overwritten after a while. What could cause this problem? The template should look like this:
But after a while it gets messed up and looks like this:

I inspected your form and the email template of your email Notifications looks like on the first screenshot you provided.
I made some test on my cloned form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue, but only when I added a new field to the form. I assume that you also updated your form.
When the form is updated the email template will be updated as well. However, you can prevent this by setting Update Email option to NO inside of advanced settings.
Hope this helps to solve the issue.

Hi Joanna,
thanks for looking into this. Yes this helps to prevent it from happening in the future. If I set "Update Email" to "No", does it mean if I rename a field ID, the field ID will not be updated in the email?
For example if I change "field185" to "referrer" it would not be updated in the email? -

If you rename a field while you set the "Update Email" to NO, it will still be updated in the Email Template. However, if you added new fields, the Email Template will not be updated.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Great. That's the solution then. Thank you very much!
