Adding donation option to the order form

Thank you! I am trying to add a second product to a form, but I want the amount field to be entered by the person registering (ie: "Additional Donation"). Is this possible?

You may consider adding a separate product with $1.00 price and added Text Box quantity selector. This is how it will look like.

Is that my only option? Some people may donate $100 or more. I would like a field where they can enter the amount.

The user can change the donation amount in the Amount field of the screenshot of my colleague.
