I want to have a form where people start out with watching a short video and once they watch it they would be able to continue with the remainder of the form. Is this possible with any of the widgets or can I embed a video and require it that way? Looking for any recommendations I can get. Thanks!

    Unfortunately, that is not possible.

Also you should not require a video widget because your users will not be able to submit the form.

As possible workaround you can use two form. On the first form you will add your video and a Global Countdown widget. You will need to set this widget to submit the form when time is up.

After the form is submitted you need to redirect your users to your second form.

You can embed your video inside of the iFrame Embed widget and add ?autoplay=1 at the end of the video URL, so it will auto play.
