I uploaded a new form a couple of days ago, and I suddenly get over 3000 views in one day! This is amazing since we only have had a little over 1000 visits to my entire website in the year its been on the web. A couple of months ago I was FORCED to pay the monthly fee because you claimed I had exceeded the "free" limitations. Even though I knew this was impossible, I did not want to lose access to the forms I created.
What is going on? Is this how you force people to keep paying you?
Unless I receive a satisfactory response I will cancel, inform Better Business Bureau and do all I can to expose this!

If you are using web publishing software or a web builder that users a live preview, it will constantly be refreshing the form. From the looks of your analytics, that appears to be the case.
I reset your form view limits for the month to give you a chance to get things sorted. Make sure any programs you are using to build or review a page with an embedded form are not using a live preview.
