I created a sub-user but they do not see my folders.

Also, I do not see their folders.

When they log in with their account, the profile is the Free account, and not part of my Paid account.

I have checked your account and found one sub-account user so I logged in to it and found that your shared form is properly shown in the "Shared with you" section as I'm highlighting in the screenshot I created:

Regarding you not seeing their folders, that is expected, because sharing forms is supposed to show the forms of the parent account to the sub-account users, not the forms of the sub-account users to the parent account. In other words, they can see what forms you share with them, in addition to their own forms, but you do not see their own forms.

Finally, regarding the fact that this sub-account user is in the Free status, that is also expected, because each account is independent from the other, despite sharing forms through the sub-account users feature.

Please note that when the sub-account user is working on forms that you share with them, they are subject to your account limits, not their own Free limits. The sub-account users are subject to their Free account limits only when it comes to their own forms, not the forms that are shared with them by a parent account.
