How to set field name in Google Drive integration?

Hi, I've integrated form with google drive, and it work fine.

But now, the {field name} is not showing anymore, so my folder is {name}{date} should be "Jhon 12/12/17" but now it's {name}12/12/17

I checked the field {name} is changed it self to {name37} how to change it?

Could you please give us the form ID so we can check further? But you could either change the field's name to {name} or name in the integration to {name37}{date}.

But we could tell more if we could look into the form.

Just now changed {name37} to {name} in advance -> unique name. is it going to ruin any integration in google sheet, jotform storage, or google sheet?

The main folder will keep, so it will not ruin that, just check if the sub folder is ok now, meaning if the folder name is {name37}{01-01-2017} or is it correct {Jonh Doe}{01-01-2017}, you can check by submitting the form.

I did some tests on my test form and it should work fine.
