[submit.jotform.us] Form thank you page is broken

Recently, my "thank you" page from the form submission seems to have broken on its own.  I have it set to display the basic "thank you" page.  Instead of getting the page and a successful submission, I'm getting:

The webpage at https://submit.jotform.us/submit/63224209762151/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I have otherwise not done any coding changes on the site.  This error just started appearing.

I have submitted a test form entry, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

Are you still able to reproduce it? Please also try to open the next link https://submit.jotform.us and let us know if you are getting the same error.
