I cant log into my account.

    I just tried to log into my account and missed one letter and then relogged back in. This time though it gave me small read letters saying: Login Failed- AUTOSUSPENDED. I reset my password, and i reloaded the site multiple times but it would not log in. What can i do.

    My username is Admin225773. I have looked at some of the other forms and might know why its locked out. In one of my forms i put a place for a person to place a password. This field is so our users can tell us what password they would like to be added to their account. We are not asking for there passwords to anything but what they want their password to their account to be. Please unlock it so i can get back to work with it. Like i said. We are not trying to do anything abusive or steal any person info.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, I checked your account and found 3 forms. One of those forms contains a password field that triggered the automatic suspension of your account.

    We would like to inform you that we do not encourage our users to create Sign Up, Login, or Registration forms. Mainly, forms with a combination of a password field and username/email field. We have an anti-phishing tool that scans forms and places the account that owns it in automatic suspension if any of the fields that are in that form is suspicious of any phishing activity.— http://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use/

    We understand that this might not be the case with your form, however, we needed to delete the "Password" field in it in order for us to reactivate your account. You should be able to access your account again.
