I forgot my account password and need to reset it. I was assuming it would just be a minute, but it's been around 12 hours and I haven't received an email. How long does it take? Thank you!

You should be able to receive the email for reset password as soon as you send the request. There may be instances which may happen that the email may come 5 minutes or later. If you have not received the email, you may check your spam folder for chances that the email may have landed there.
Also, can you tell us the email address that you have used for requesting the password reset instruction so for us to see the status of the email delivery?

It turns out I had created the form with a guest account. This morning when I tried to request a password reset, it prompted me to create an account. But when I did, it said I didn't have any forms. :( I have the ID of the form, and posted another question, marked it private, and included the ID of the form. When I submitted it, I got a popup stating that my forms would be transferred to my account, but that hasn't happened yet, even after logging out and back in.

I actually figured this out... I'd created the form using my other email account...!
