Please cancel my subscription. I cancelled it last month but got charged for another month.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since you have made the payment using PayPal, it is also required to cancel the subscription from PayPal dashboard. However, I have sent a request to our manager to cancel the subscription and refund the last charge. Your account is now set to Free. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the refund.
