Logics not applied.

I am trying to add "logic" to one of my forms. However, when I preview the form, my logic is not applied. 

For example, If "I am:" (on page 1) equals "New Volunteer Applicant" hide "My Story Page" "Community workshop page" and "Host a special event page" 

I also want that if "I am" equals "Sharing my TS story" for only "Contact Information Page " "My Story Page" and "Terms & Agreement page" to show. and everything else to be hidden. 

The same goes for when "I am" equals "Host a special event" & "Community Workshop" I only want the contact information page, the corresponding page (either host a special event or community workshop, based on selection)  & Terms and agreements page to show.

I tested your form and conditional logic that you set for the "New Volunteer Applicant" is working properly on my end, pages 7, 8 and 9 are hidden.

The conditions for the "Sharing my TS story" option are also working correctly. Only pages 2,7, and 10 are shown. 

The conditions for "Host a special event" & "Community Workshop" are also working properly.
