How can I create a universal wish list, some then that can remove items as they get purchased? Something easy to share as well?

Using your site I created my own gift registry for my business as well as an order form. Wondering how, if possible, I can create a universal wish list so people can view the items on the registry, and tghose items get removed with each purchase...
