my account is LocalArtScenes and I am not receiving email alerts. Can you check it out and let me know if I have set up wrong. Or are you experiencing delays?

Our mail server logs for the addresses la*****rt@rog***.com and email@example.com show that the email notifications were successfully delivered.
Can you please check your Spam folders for the missing emails?
If you can't find them there, try whitelisting our mail server IP's (you may need your mail provider's help for this). Afterwards, send a test submission then contact us again if the problem persists.
