Is it possible for those that submit an application to check status?

Is it possible for those that submit an application via jotform to create log in and check status of their application they submit through jotform?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create any login forms with JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms as per our terms of usage and the associated accounts shall be suspended automatically. If you want to enable the user to know the status of the application form, you may add a field on the form to change the application status. When you change the status field by editing the form submission, you may send an email by setting up a condition.
