Credit card got hacked. I got a new one and receiving emails that jotform will end its service how to i update a new credit card.

You can change your billing details in the billing section of your user profile settings.
Click on your user profile icon (top right). Then click on the gear icon to go to your user settings. Click on the "Billing" section and you will see the option to change your payment method:
