Spreadsheet to Form widget not working correctly

    Hi,

    I'm trying to understand how the Widget works. I have tried both the example on the Help pages and my own copy (using the data as per your site) and I cannot get it to complete the pages.

    I have tried modifying the 'question' to match the field name and also the Field name in Field Details without success. When I hit the Auto Complete Fields, it just shows a spinning cursor

    The form is as per your example, the data (spreadsheet) is the one loaded from your help pages

    I must be missing something, obliged if you can help

    I have checked your JotForm and tried filling the unique field and the fields are populated without any issue at my end. Please see the screencast below:
