Is there a secure way to have people submit credit card information?

I recently removed the credit card collecting info from my form after  you contacted me to let me know the format was not acceptable.  Is there a secure way to build credit card info into jot form so my clients can submit credit card info on my website before they begin counseling?  

The only way to collect credit card information through our forms is to use one of Payment integrations.

And the credit card information will actually go to the payment processor since we do not collect any of such information.
