How do I allow someone to fill out a form in multiple settings or at least allow them to save what they've done offline so they can copy/paste?

I have a form I created to serve as a marketing strategic plan document. The team will take multiple sessions to fill it in.  Can you save what has been completed in one session and pick it up there the next?  If not, please offer several practical solutions to this issue.
