I am unable to integrate my form with Infusionsoft

    I'm trying to set up JotForms integration with Infusionsoft, using JotForm's app for integration...I have authenticated the Infusionsoft app, selected tags, added the API call name....but it won't allow me to match fields. It has "Email" as a dropdown, and it says it's required, but there is nothing IN the dropdown to select, and so I can't complete the integration.

    What can I do to solve this problem...? I was really hoping integrating JotForms would be easy, but apparently it will not be...I've already wasted 2 hours on this and haven't even started building my form yet...

    As you did not provide us with the form ID or URL that you are integrating with Infusionsoft, I went ahead and checked all your existing forms, and noticed that none of them have an email field, which explains why the dropdown you kindly mentioned is empty.

    Kindly add an email field to the form in question, and that field should then become available in the integration dropdown menu, allowing you to proceed with it successfully.
